RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005) and in accordance with the procedures set forth in Article 54 thereof, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty and without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must exclusively use the online return procedure available on CHIRULLISHOP.COM.
Return Deadline
The Customer must ship the products to be returned within 14 days from the date on which the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal was communicated.
Returned goods must be sent via a trackable shipping service to the following address:

In order to ensure proper management and traceability of return requests, returns submitted via e-mail or through channels other than those provided on the website will not be accepted.
To request a return, the Customer must use the dedicated online procedure accessible through the button available at the bottom of this page.
Through the dedicated area, Customers may:
- request the return of one or more items;
- request withdrawal from an entire order;
- check the status of return requests;
- view the remaining return eligibility period;
- monitor refund requests and their status.
During the online procedure, Customers must select the item(s) they wish to return and choose one of the following options:
- Size Exchange
- Color Exchange
- Refund
- Store Credit
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are generally free of charge.
However, during sale periods and for all discounted items, including products purchased from the Outlet section, return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer.
Refundable Amounts
In the event of withdrawal, the value of the returned products will be refunded.
Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges incurred by the Customer will not be refunded.
Returned goods remain under the Customer's responsibility until delivered to CHIRULLI SRL.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in the same condition in which they were received.
In particular:
- the security tag must not be removed, cut, or tampered with;
- garments must not have been worn, washed, or altered;
- products must show no signs of use;
- shoe soles must be in perfect condition and free from any signs of wear.
All returned items must include:
- original tags;
- original packaging;
- any accessories supplied with the item;
- hangers, garment bags, dust bags, and original boxes.
Inspection and Acceptance
CHIRULLISHOP.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been authorized or that do not comply with the procedures outlined herein.
Should a return fail to meet the above requirements, the merchandise will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender, with any shipping costs charged to the Customer.
Refund Processing
Once the returned goods have been inspected and approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
The refund will be processed within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods or from receipt of proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
Actual crediting times may vary depending on the banking institution, card issuer, or payment service provider used by the Customer.
